Project Brief
The project aims to establish an overall positive flying experience with a focus on improving the in-flight experience of the passenger. This project offers a chance to work with the different stages of designing a service, which includes different disciplines working together. ​​​​​​​

What is Hyphen?
The Hyphen brand proposition is to offer a comfort class airline that syncs smarts pricing with services. The airline provides value added services to make the flying experience more comfortable while charging a reasonable premium.
A product designed in this project cannot be made for just the intended user; it also must take into account the interactions that might take place between the product and a non-user. For example, the queue-dividers are designed for the airport staff but to make an impact on the passengers. Such design is not limited to only product design but draws from multiple disciplines. 

The project presents the opportunity to engage customer with products and services that ease their in-flight experience. This project is focused on spatially designing the interior of the aircraft with the aim of achieving more physical comfort for passengers, in keeping with the brand position.
